By downloading, installing, or using Telexor Alpha ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Telexor ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the App also constitutes your acceptance of Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference and available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Telexor Alpha is a technical analysis and charting application for iOS that provides:
The App requires an active internet connection. Live price data updates approximately every 60 seconds. Data availability is subject to Coinbase API availability and may be interrupted or delayed without notice.
NoteTelexor Alpha is an educational charting tool. It is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment advisory service. You cannot buy, sell, or hold cryptocurrency through the App.
Telexor Alpha offers a free tier and a Pro auto-renewable subscription managed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the price shown at the time of purchase. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or visit appleid.apple.com. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions.
Restore purchases. You may restore a previously purchased subscription on any device signed in to the same Apple ID by using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App.

You agree to use Telexor Alpha only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at our sole discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms.
The App, including its name, design, code, algorithms, Timing Intelligence system, market briefing outputs, and all associated content, are owned by or licensed to Telexor and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its outputs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Live price data is sourced from Coinbase. All Coinbase data, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by Coinbase Global, Inc. Telexor Alpha is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coinbase.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telexor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data provided will be accurate, complete, or timely. Price data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to factors outside our control, including third-party API limitations.
In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are restricted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no event shall exceed the total amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from all your devices and cancelling any active subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also provide notice through the App.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at telexor.com/tapro/terms.html.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
