Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Telexor Alpha is an iOS application developed and published independently on the Apple App Store under the Telexor brand. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at support@telexor.com.

2. Information we do not collect

Telexor Alpha does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your location or device location data
• Your contacts, photos, or any other device content
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioural data
• Advertising identifiers or tracking cookies
• Financial information, portfolio data, or trading history
• The cryptocurrency symbols you search or analyze
• Any data you enter into the app

We have no user accounts, no sign-up process, and no backend servers that store any information about you or your usage of the app.

3. Market data — Coinbase

Telexor Alpha fetches live cryptocurrency prices and historical candle data directly from Coinbase's public market API. No account or API key is required. When you analyze a symbol, your device makes a direct request to Coinbase's servers. Coinbase receives the symbol you requested and your device's IP address as part of the standard HTTP request. Their handling of this data is governed by Coinbase's own privacy policy at coinbase.com/legal/privacy.

Telexor Alpha does not proxy, log, or store any of the market data that passes through your device. All data is fetched and rendered locally.

4. Support contact — optional

If you choose to contact us via the in-app support form or directly by email, we receive the email address and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. You are never required to contact support — it is entirely optional.

5. Subscriptions — Telexor Alpha Pro

The Pro subscription is managed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We do not handle, process, or store any payment information. Apple processes your payment and notifies the app of your subscription status. We receive only a verified transaction receipt from Apple confirming whether a valid subscription exists — we receive no financial data, card details, or billing address. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

6. Apple's data practices

Telexor Alpha is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect data as part of the purchase and download process under their own privacy policy. Apple's standard crash reporting may collect anonymised diagnostic data if you have opted in to share analytics with developers in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

7. No advertising

Telexor Alpha contains no advertisements. We do not use any advertising SDKs, ad networks, or tracking technologies. We do not share any data with advertisers. The app is funded entirely by the optional Pro subscription — not by selling or monetising your personal data in any way.

8. No analytics or tracking

Telexor Alpha does not include any analytics frameworks such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar services. We do not track how you use the app, which symbols you search, how often you open it, or any other behavioural data. Your usage is entirely private and stays on your device.

9. Local data storage

Telexor Alpha stores a small amount of data locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and AppStorage. This includes:

• Whether you have accepted the Terms of Use (a true/false flag)
• The number of free Timing Intelligence reports remaining
• Whether you have seen the Timing Intelligence intro screen

None of this data is personal, none of it is transmitted off your device, and all of it is cleared if you delete the app.

10. Children's privacy

Telexor Alpha is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has used this application, please contact us at support@telexor.com.

11. Data security

Because Telexor Alpha does not collect or store personal data on any servers, there is no central database that could be breached or compromised. Any locally stored preferences on your device are protected by iOS's own security model, including device encryption, app sandboxing, and Face ID / Touch ID if enabled on your device.

12. Your rights

Since Telexor Alpha does not collect personal data, there is no personal data held about you to access, correct, or delete. If you are in the EU or UK you have rights under GDPR. If you are in California you have rights under CCPA. As we collect no data, these rights are satisfied by default — but we are happy to confirm this in writing upon request at support@telexor.com.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's functionality changes in a way that affects data handling. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will not make changes that result in the collection of personal data without clearly informing you through an app update notice.
