Price targets are calculated from the percentage moves seen in this asset's own historical MACD cycles — not generic formulas. Conservative shows the smallest historical move, Base Case shows the average, and Optimistic shows the largest. They are reference levels based on past behaviour, not predictions of what will happen. Always do your own research.
Telexor Alpha Pro supports 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-hour, 6-hour, and daily (1D) candles. You can load 1 year or 2 years of history. The daily timeframe with 1 year of data is recommended for cycle detection — it gives the engine the most cycle history to work with.

Simple Mode is a plain-English dashboard designed for users new to crypto. Instead of charts and technical indicators, each coin shows a single card with a plain-language description of where the cycle stands, which price targets have been hit, and what to watch for next. Tap "Ask AI" on any card for a full AI-generated briefing. Toggle between Simple and Pro mode anytime using the switch at the top of the screen.
Momentum alerts fire when the app detects that a cycle's momentum is beginning to shift — before the actual buy or sell signal. In a bullish cycle, a "Top" alert fires when the histogram peaks and starts declining, giving you an early heads-up that the uptrend may be winding down and a SELL could be approaching. In a bearish cycle, a "Bottom" alert fires when the histogram troughs and starts rising, signaling a potential buying opportunity is forming. These alerts include the current day of the cycle, live price, the peak or trough level reached, and estimated days to the next cross. On the cycle chart, Top is marked with a red up-triangle at the peak, and Bottom with a green down-triangle at the trough.
A re-igniting alert fires when a prior momentum fading alert reverses and the original trend picks back up. For example: BTC is in a bullish cycle. A "Top" fade alert fires warning momentum is waning. Then price recovers and the histogram starts rising back toward its peak — that's a Re-Ignite alert, telling you the uptrend has resumed. This can chain multiple times per cycle. On the cycle chart, re-ignites are marked with blue diamonds.
Price target alerts fire when the live price crosses a calculated target level — conservative (first goal), base (average historical move), or optimistic (best historical move). Targets are calculated from each asset's own historical MACD cycles, not generic formulas. You receive one push notification per target level per cycle so you're informed the moment a milestone is reached.
If a coin is already in an active cycle when you add it to your watchlist, the app sends a catch-up alert briefing you on what you missed — which day the momentum alert originally fired, at what price, and what the next target is. This way you always know where things stand from the moment you start following a coin, not just from the next signal.
Tap "Ask AI — what's happening?" on any coin card in Simple Mode to receive a plain-English summary generated by a local AI model. The briefing covers the current cycle phase, what signals have fired, whether momentum is fading, which price targets have been hit, and your two strategic options — act on early momentum vs. wait for a confirmed signal. The AI runs on a private server and no personal data is sent to third-party cloud services. Responses are cached for 30 minutes so repeated taps are instant.
Troubleshooting

"Pair not found"
Check the symbol you typed. Use the coin symbol only — no suffix needed. Examples: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP. The pair must be listed on Coinbase with a USD market. Some smaller tokens may not be available.

"Not enough data returned"
The symbol may have limited trading history on Coinbase, or the selected timeframe returned fewer than 30 bars. Try switching to the 1D timeframe with a 1Y range. Newer tokens with short histories may not have enough data for full analysis.

"Rate limit hit — please wait"
Coinbase limits the number of requests that can be made in a short window. Wait 30–60 seconds and try again. This is more likely to happen when fetching data across many chunks (e.g. 2Y of 30-minute candles). Try a shorter range or a higher timeframe.

Charts not loading or showing blank
Check your internet connection and try the analysis again. If it persists, try a different symbol to confirm it's not a data issue with that specific coin. Force-close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, contact us with the symbol and timeframe you were using.

Pro features won't open
Make sure you're within your free trial period (30 days minimum, extended if no full BUY-to-SELL cycle has completed yet) or have an active Pro subscription. If your trial has ended, the paywall will appear — subscribe or restore purchases. If you have an active subscription and still see the paywall, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen to sync with your Apple ID.

Subscription not restoring
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to verify the subscription is active, then try again.

Live price not updating
The live quote updates every 60 seconds while the app is in the foreground. If the price appears stale, check your internet connection. Bringing the app back to the foreground after it's been in the background will resume polling automatically.

Cycle engine shows "Not enough data"
The cycle engine requires at least 35 daily bars and works best with 90+ days of history. Make sure the symbol is actively traded on Coinbase. Less common coins with limited trading history may not have enough data for reliable cycle detection.

Push notifications not arriving
Make sure notifications are enabled for Telexor Alpha in Settings → Notifications. Ensure your watchlist is set up — the server engine only monitors symbols on your watchlist. If you recently reinstalled the app, open it once so your device token is re-registered with the server.

AI briefing shows "unavailable"
The AI briefing requires the local AI server to be reachable. If you see "AI insight unavailable — tap to retry", the AI service may be temporarily offline. Tap the button again after a few minutes to retry. All other app features work independently of the AI service.
