Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Telexor Alpha and tap Cancel. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple — we cannot cancel on your behalf.
Price targets in Timing Intelligence are calculated from the percentage moves seen in this asset's own historical MACD cycles — not generic formulas. Conservative shows the smallest historical move, Base Case shows the average, and Optimistic shows the largest. They are reference levels based on past behaviour, not predictions of what will happen. Always use a stop loss and do your own research.
Telexor Alpha supports 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-hour, 6-hour, and daily (1D) candles. You can load 1 year or 2 years of history. The daily timeframe with 1 year of data is recommended for Timing Intelligence — it gives the engine the most cycle history to work with.

Troubleshooting

"Pair not found"
Check the symbol you typed. Use the coin symbol only — no suffix needed. Examples: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP. The pair must be listed on Coinbase with a USD market. Some smaller tokens may not be available.

"Not enough data returned"
The symbol may have limited trading history on Coinbase, or the selected timeframe returned fewer than 30 bars. Try switching to the 1D timeframe with a 1Y range. Newer tokens with short histories may not have enough data for full analysis.

"Rate limit hit — please wait"
Coinbase limits the number of requests that can be made in a short window. Wait 30–60 seconds and try again. This is more likely to happen when fetching data across many chunks (e.g. 2Y of 30-minute candles). Try a shorter range or a higher timeframe.

Charts not loading or showing blank
Check your internet connection and try the analysis again. If it persists, try a different symbol to confirm it's not a data issue with that specific coin. Force-close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, contact us with the symbol and timeframe you were using.

Timing Intelligence won't open
Make sure you have free reports remaining or an active Pro subscription. If you've used all 20 free reports, the paywall will appear — subscribe or restore purchases. If you have an active subscription and still see the paywall, tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen to sync with your Apple ID.

Subscription not restoring
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to verify the subscription is active, then try again.

Live price not updating
The live quote updates every 60 seconds while the app is in the foreground. If the price appears stale, check your internet connection. Bringing the app back to the foreground after it's been in the background will resume polling automatically.

Timing Intelligence shows "Not enough data"
The cycle engine requires at least 35 bars to run, and works best with 90+ days of daily candles. Make sure you're using the 1D timeframe with at least the 1Y range selected. Intraday timeframes with short ranges may not have enough history for reliable cycle detection.
